Crystal Fury Limited
Crystal Fury is an independent retirement planning consultancy established in 2008. We provide fee-based advice to individuals and couples across the United Kingdom, helping them navigate pension options, state benefits, and the transition to retirement.
Our approach is client-centred and educational. We believe that informed clients make better decisions about their financial futures. Rather than selling products, we sell our expertise and time, ensuring our advice is genuinely independent.
We're proud to have helped over 12,000 clients plan for retirement over the past 16 years. Many of our new clients come through recommendations from people we've previously advised—a testament to the trust our clients place in us.

Finding Our Office
Our office is located in the heart of the City of London, easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of several key landmarks.
By Underground
Bank station (Central, Northern, Waterloo & City, and DLR lines) is a 3-minute walk from our office. Exit via Threadneedle Street and head east. Bartholomew Lane is the second turning on your right.
By Rail
Liverpool Street station is approximately 10 minutes' walk. Follow Bishopsgate south until you reach Threadneedle Street, then turn right. Our office will be on your left after Bank junction.
By Bus
Several bus routes serve the Bank area, including routes 8, 25, 26, 43, and 133. Alight at Bank station and follow the walking directions above.
Parking
Street parking in the City is extremely limited and expensive. We recommend using public transport or one of the nearby NCP car parks at London Wall or Finsbury Square if you must drive.
Scheduling an Appointment
We conduct consultations both in person at our London office and via video call for clients elsewhere in the UK. In-person meetings are available during our standard office hours, while video consultations can often be arranged at times that suit your schedule, including some evenings.
To arrange a consultation, please email us with a brief description of your situation and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll respond within one business day to suggest some available times. Initial consultations typically last 30-45 minutes and are without charge or obligation.
If you're coming to our office, please arrive a few minutes early. Our building has step-free access, and we can accommodate mobility requirements with advance notice.
Before You Get in Touch
A brief outline of your situation is helpful—your approximate age, whether you're employed or retired, and the general nature of your query. You don't need to provide detailed financial information at this stage. We'll discuss your situation properly during the initial consultation.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. During particularly busy periods, it may occasionally take a little longer, but we'll always acknowledge your message promptly and let you know when to expect a full response.
Yes, the initial consultation is completely free and carries no obligation. It's an opportunity for us to understand your situation and for you to decide whether we're the right fit for your needs. We'll only discuss fees if you decide to proceed with our services.
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Retirement planning often affects both members of a couple, and it's helpful to have everyone involved in the conversation. If you'd like to bring another family member for support, that's also fine—just let us know in advance.
Yes, we work with clients throughout the United Kingdom. Video consultations make it easy to work together regardless of location. We've advised clients from Scotland to Cornwall, and our service is identical whether you meet us in person or via screen.
That's exactly what the initial consultation is for. We'll discuss your situation and concerns, and recommend the service or combination of services that would be most beneficial. There's no pressure to decide during the meeting—you can take time to consider our suggestions.
